Huge Ray Rice Trade!!! WHIR!!!!!!!!

Postby LWCrunner55 » Sat Nov 12, 2011 10:33 pm

I have been offered a big trade that may help me for my playoffs.
I have Ray Rice and was offered Adrian Peterson by one guy and Fred Jackson by another. I truly feel AP is the must take trade but wanted to see what people on here thought.
Trade 1:
I give: Ray Rice
I receive: Adrian Peterson

Trade 2:
I give: Ray Rice
I receive: Fred Jackson

Or should I just keep Ray Rice???
QB- D. Brees, J. Freeman
RB- M. Lynch, T. Richardson, R. Hillman, D. Brown
WR- R. Wayne, M. Colston, L. Moore, J. Gordon, A. Brown
TE- A. Hernandez, K. Rudolph, B. Myers

ray rice has the easiest run D schedule during the fantasy playoffs. if you're fighting to make the playoffs, trade for AP. if you're already a lock, stay put.
10 Team PPR:
QB - RG3(WSH), CHenne(JAX)
RB - ABradshaw(NYG), AMorris(WSH), DeWilliams(CAR),
WR - RWayne(IND), PGarcon(WSH), TYHilton(IND), DBowe(KC), ARoberts(ARI), CShorts(JAX)
TE - KRudolph(MIN)
D - Texans, Chargers
K - MBryant (ATL)

Very sound advice. If you need that last push into playoffs, take AP. Ray Rice will be a beast during playoffs though.

Fred Jackson - no way.
Good player, team falling apart, just lost center

AP - Totally fair trade.
PPR? Rice advantage.
Scoring rules that favor one over another? Unknown.
Rest of roster? Unknown.
On that basis make the trade if you like AP better than Rice but I can't say if there is a big advantage one way or the other

I dont see either of the trades improving your team. Rice is as solid as they come this season. I would stick with him.
