Who to drop?

I just made a trade and need to drop a player from my roster. Should it be Daniel Thomas or Jacoby Ford? I have Rice, McGahee, and Battle as my other RBs and Fitzgerald, J. Nelson, Holmes, Decker, and Santana Moss as my other WRs.

I'd drop Ford, especially with the injury and the carousel of WR's getting the ball in Oakland. If you're really attached to Ford you could also let Moss go. Washington's offense is a joke as long as Beck is behind center. Although Rex has been getting some first team snaps, so Becks time could be coming to an end.
