Roy Helu or Beanie Wells PPR WHIR!

Which RB to start in PPR league this week. Roy Helu in a Shanahan offense with Rex Grossman now starting or Beanie Wells with a bad knee, John Skelton at QB (allowing the eagles to key on the run), and likely playing from behind.

This is tough Helu appears to be the better play in a ppr league but it's hard to know what to expect from him this week. I'd roll the dice on Helu only because I'm not sold on Wells being fully healthy and it's ppr.

My thoughts as well as of now, I'm leaning towards Helu's upside.

Yeah its hard to ignore that 14 catch performance Helu had last week. Roll the dice on him I would say.

I'm having a similar struggle. These guys are going to give their owners ulcers.

If Skelton doesn't find success through the air early, Beanie gets clobbered. The Eagles are actually starting to play well - and their run D isn't as bad as the SEASON numbers suggest. And they're playing at home. As a Cards fan, I don't hold a lot of hope in my heart for this game.

Helu is all the 'skins have got. I say he approaches 30 touches this week with check down Rex. You know ... if their TOP exceeds 15 minutes. Hard to expect a TD from him if Shanny gameplan includes going three and out every possession.
