I have 2 WR and a flex currently filled with:

1. C.Johnson
2. S. Johnson
3. Maclin

Really the question is Steve Johnson or Maclin. Any thought?

Sure it's possible he'll have a great game with Austin out, but your current lineup is definitely the safer choice.
If you want to take the gamble, line him up for Steve Johnson, I have him ranked the lowest for those three options, plus he's been nursing a little sickness these past few days, so he might not be at 100%.
