Due to injuries, I don't have the best group of rbs. which one of the following should I start for my RB2 position?
Roy Helu vs Cowboys (I think/am praying to god that he will be more involved this week after torain shit the bed once again)
or
Lance Ball vs Jets (got 30 carries last week; moreno and mcgahee will most likely both be out)
Will help you out if you help me out.

Ball, but only because I think he'll have a bigger workload, not necessarily because he's a better back.

I can't recommend starting a 'Skins RB at this time ... so go with Ball, the Broncos run so much that he should at least get you some reasonable production, even against the Jets.
Help w/ mine?

That's a rough decision to have to make. I think McGahee will end up getting the start but if his injury is bothering him in the least Ball should see a good amount of carries, he proved that he could handle it last week. Seems like right now any Rredskins player is a must-bench. Helu could see maybe six fantasly points but I would be surprised if he got more.
Help?
