Make a move, or stick with current rb's?

Do I stick it out with my current rb's or make a move? I have a surplus of wr and I'm always looking for rb depth. This is a 10 team dynasty league, 25 man rosters, 1 ppr, 6 pts all tds. We do a three round rookie draft and I have 2 first Rd picks (one will be the 1 st or 2 nd overall). He has offered me M Lynch for J Nelson. I would like His R Matthews. What should I do? Thanks

I'd like to help but I'll preface my comment with the fact that I have no experience with a dynasty league or a league like yours in general.

That said, I'm inclined to say you need more than Lynch for Nelson. If you want Mathews, I don't think that's too much to ask.

I don't know why you would want Ryan Mathews. I think he is week and overrated. That said M Lynch has come on strong and lets be real the passing game in Seattle isn't great. Nelson has been great to but some games its been a one pass wonder so I don't think the Lynch for Nelson trade is bad but you are probably right you could get a little more.
