Who to drop? Celek or Ball. Stupid Bye week!! WHIR 100%!!!

I have all injured or bye week WR's this week.
I picked up Vincent Brown and am going to try to get Earl Bennett or Harry Douglas for this week (Andre J, A. Brown, Mike Wallace all on Bye's) I need to drop either Lance Ball who might be a starter tomorrow night....but I don't need him (starting Mathews, M. Morris & Lynch ... or Brent Celek my TE2 who's been doing a decent job but no Mike Vick this week and I also have Vernon Davis (coming off nice week but not targetted enough lately overall)...
#1 would you pick up Earl Bennett (my thought as he's the best going forward til end of season available) or Harry Douglas (ATLANTA: had nice game last wek and still with Julio Jones out w/hammy).
#2 which to drop???

I don't think Julio is ruled out officially yet, that being said I would pick up Earl Bennett and drop Ball ... I would also start Davis over Celek at TE
