QB Trade - Tebow for A. Smith?

So, here's the deal. I am in first place in my league. The 4th place guy needs a QB for this week. He has offered to trade me Tebow for A. Smith (SF). My other QB is Freeman (TB). The deal is that I can "trade back" next week or keep Tebow for the long haul... he just wants a QB to get him through this week.

Should I take this or offer him Freeman instead? Also, if I take the trade, should I keep Tebow for the rest of the season?
