6 player trade question, please help!

Yes, the player names aren't that big but it could have an impact on my team.

I'm 6-4 in 4th place (12 team league, 4 team playoff). I'm 3rd in points. I've struggled with injuries all season (Drafted Jamaal Charles and Jahvid Best).

Scoring system: 1 per 15 rush/rec, 6 per TD. NO PPR.

Here's my current team:

QB: Stafford
RB: DeMarco Murray, Mike Tolbert, James Starks, Jahvid Best
WR: Vincent Jackson, Dez Bryant, Julio Jones, Sidney Rice, Damian Williams
TE: Gronk

We play 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 WR/TE

So in this trade I would

GIVE: Julio Jones, Sidney Rice, Mike Tolbert

GET: Rashard Mendenhall, Tim Tebow, Mike Williams TB

My thoughts:

My RBs have been a struggle all year. Lost Charles immediately, rode Best and Starks/Tolbert as long as I could. Best then goes down and I get Murray which helped immensely but still have to go with Tolbert/Starks.

So by getting Mendy, I am hoping to get a little more upside and TD possibilities.

I give up my worst 2 WRs, and am forced to play Mike or Damian Williams. Both seem just as good of plays as Jones and Rice, though Jones has upside like that Indy game.

I get Tebow in the deal cause Stafford makes me VERY nervous and Tebow is good in this scoring system cause of the rushing yards.

Thoughts on this trade? The owner doesn't need Mendy (has McCoy and FJax and awful WRs).

Help would be VERY appreciative.
