Need some trade advice

I have both Brady and Tebow. A guy in our 14 team PPR league just lost Schuab and Cassel was his back-up (pretty unlucky there). He wants Tebow. He has some good RB's and thought about offering this trade up:

I give
Tebow , R. Matthews, L. Robinson

I get
D. Murray
B. Marshall

My other RB's and WR's are:
D. Sproles
R. Bush
M. Bush
P. Hillis

B. Lloyd
AJ Green
D. Nelson
Vincent Brown
