I don't love EITHER Of the guys, but i need to start one. I have Foster and P.Thomas on Byes and I have Gore ( who looks like he's starting ) and I have to chose one of these 2 backs. Thoughts? Miami Hosts Buffalo and Washington hosts Dallas.

Ummm. If you need just a few points, go with D. Thomas (he will prob have 10 plus touches). If you need to score big, go with Helu (it is his turn to start).
Please help me.

Even assuming standard ESPN league rules, I would still go with Helu. He has been fairly important in their screen game (a good % of their passing game), and I believe will at least get 5 points, up to 10. Whereas Daniel could only get the ball a handful of times.

I like Helu here......but really tough call when Shanahan plays musical RB's every other weekend

Helu but just by a hair 'cause of Shanny. 'Fins will likely bring Thomas back slowly, especially since Bush has been doing the job. After Torain laid an egg last week, you'd THINK Shanahan would make the move back to Helu. But ya never know with that guy...
Thanks for the help with mine.

Helu slightly over Thomas. Bush has been playing very well and will still get the opportunity to do so. Thomas has been hampered all year w/this injury and I agree w/the above poster that he will be brought along slowly. Sucks rolling the dice w/a Shanny RB tho.
