DeSean has been sulky - and Andy Reid has been known to hold a grudge. However, the Eagles will need all the help they can get with VY under center; I imagine he spends most of the game trying to force the ball to DJax (likely resulting in a few picks), checking down to Shady, scrambling, and getting sacked. But odds are, one of those forced balls goes for a big play and maybe a score (think Skelton forcing the ball to Fitzy last week). Maclin is hurt, Celek will probably be called on to block. What other option does he have downfield? Avant?
Even with all of those 'ifs', I still believe DJax to be a better option than Crabtree. The Cards defense is improved. I think that Davis and Kendall Hunter/Frank Gore do more damage against this defense than Crab, who Alex Smith seems to have taken off of his XMas cards list - and certainly off of his Red Zone list. He has ONE touchdown this season. If you're not rocking a PPR league, Crabtree is a mid/lower end flex value.
Take a look at mine?
