AP's ankle....

Postby Mr.Joshua » Sun Nov 20, 2011 2:05 pm

Adrian Peterson left Sunday's game in the first quarter with a left ankle injury.
Peterson was observed limping off very slowly after collecting 26 yards and a touchdown on his initial six carries. He did have some movement in the ankle while trainers attended to him on the sideline, but appeared to be in a good amount of pain. He was eventually carted to the locker room, likely for X-rays.

Yes sound like a sprain only. Depending on high or low Ankle sprain he could play next week or miss 3

Quoted from rt sports article, "X-Ray's negative on Peterson's ankle"

"However, head coach Leslie Frazier announced that X-Ray's on the RB's injured ankle were negative.

The Vikings plan to give Peterson an MRI, but the RB is hoping to come back next Saturday when Minnesota takes on Atlanta."

So for those AP owners.... you may be ok....
