Week 12 Team Def

I have 49ers Def team but they play with BAL Def who always get 2-3 TDs by Def.
Should i keep 49ers Def team or take Cin Def who play with Cle Brown at Cin home or House Def play at Jax.

They are the best D in the league and it's also the same team that lost to the Jags, Titans and Seahawks. I made the mistake of sitting SF over Dallas last week and I'll probably not sit SF for the rest of the year. I'd start them. It's safe and they're damn good.
