Flex help, McGahee or Colston?

I've lost ADP for the week (not worth the risk) so I'm using FJax and Forte as my RBs. I am using Nicks and Jordy Nelson as my WRs

Should I use McGahee or Colston at flex?

I have a similar issue and I am going Colston. He is averaging 73.6 yards per game which is hard to pass up at flex. good luck!
