With Fred Jackson possibly missing this week, who should I look to add for RB2 production (Chris Ogbonnaya, Toby Gerhart, Jonathan Stewart)?

If Fred Jackson is out I would play JStew by him being able to catch the ball out of the backfield and looking like the better back between him and Dwill. Gerhart has a tough matchup and I would not touch Ogbannaya. good luck!
