I think Stafford will have a better chance to put up fantasy points upside but Big Ben probably would be the safer bet. That being said I'd go Stafford especially since there's a good chance they may be playing from behind.

GO with Stafford. This match up will be high scoring. Ben may get his points but once PIT is up, they will pound the ball.
