Brandon Lloyd or Julio Jones?

I'm going back and forth about which of these guys I should start today. I'm leaning towards Jones because he has the biggest upside and I'm trying to catch the points leader....and I'm not worried about beating the team I'm playing this week. Which would you guys pick in my situation to play at WR3?

Lloyd vs Arizona (in the dome in ST Louis)
Jones vs Min (in the dome in ATL)
