i need a win this week heading in to playoffs

i have Torrey Smith Julio jones and Johnny Knox on the bench should i start one of them instead of roddy white rob Gronkowski or Eric Decker?
and
i just picked up Roy Helu and my starting RBs are DeMarco Murray and Michael Bush i also have BenJarvus Green-Ellis

I would take Jones over Decker based on upside. Decker has a limit in the Denver's offense. Leave Helu on the bench, Murray and Bush have much more upside. good luck!
