I would probably start Rivers over the other 2, even with his recent struggles his upside is usually huge with SD's pass happy offense.

For WRs i'd go with Brown and Johnson. Normally would say Boldin over Brown but Cleveland has Haden at CB so its a tough matchup and Flacco hasn't been great this year. I expect a much bigger game for Torrey Smith than Boldin.
