Playoff Bubble: Start Riley Cooper? WHIR

Postby Dolfan19 » Wed Nov 30, 2011 10:14 am

So my WR1 &2 Miles Austin and Maclin are both injured. Right now I have Riley Cooper @ SEA and Laurent Robinson @ARI starting. Cooper plays a game Thursday night while Austin is questionable to play on sunday. my only other receiving option is david nelson vs. TEN, or maybe WW pickup, but it's slim pickings- maybe only Greg Little vs. BAL, Titus Young @ NO, or Jason Avant. If i win this week, I have a good chance to secure a bye week, and if I lose, I have a good chance of being eliminated from the playoffs. (5 7-win teams in my league) So I am leaning heavily on leaving in Cooper for thursday night's game. Is this the right move? let me know why. leave a link, and i'll get yours. (standard scoring, no ppr)

I just added Cooper last night, however, I have other matchups this week that will be better off I think so I'm not starting him. If I had Cooper in your position I would start him, he should be scoring since Maclin is gone and VY likes tossing to Cooper anyway (Don't think Vick will start) while Laurent will be getting a lot of passes his way.

If Austin plays I like him over Cooper, even if somewhat limited. Otherwise I'd keep Cooper in.

Help?
