You have to go Lynch here, he has scored a bu ch recently and he is the main RB in Seattle. I like Helu, but you never know what Shanahan wil do with his rb's. Good luck.
definitely stick with beast mode. He's been rolling recently with no regard to matchup. Sidney Rice is out which leads me to believe they'll run it even more.
