Ok so its last week before playoffs and im fighting for last playoff spot and somewhere i heard someone say to never bench your starters. I have a weird gut feeling that if i bench Michael Turner against Houston who has a pretty good run def, 4th fewest points to rbs according to rtsports and put in roy helu coming off a monster week against the Jets whose run def aint even close to what it was last year.
So am i crazy? Should i do it?
Thanks.

Rule #1 for fantasy RB's: Never trust a Shanahan RB. He is fantasy poison.

Turner has a groin injury. That said, I have Helu and I am scared to death to start him. Any other options?
