WR Question Nelson/Washington

So my current starting WR core this week is

Vincent Jackson
Mike Williams(TB)
Nate Washington

I just picked up David Nelson off waivers and I'm not sure who I should switch him in for, or if I should switch him in. I'm liking him as a sleeper this week, with Cortland Finnegan covering Johnson. But the Bills secondary is kinda shitty so Washington may have a good game, Mike Williams is on fire at Carolina, and judging by the trend, this should be Jackson's bounce back 20 point or more type game.
