Close RB Decision: Benson, Helu, Sproles, Greene. WHIR

All are within two spots of each other in ESPN's FF Week 13 Ranks. Helu and Benson had good weeks last week, while Sproles and Greene had quiet but manageable weeks. Greene has been a constant disappointment, while Sproles has had a break-out year and Benson is showing strong in the final stretch.

I would give it a 50/50 tossup between Roy Helu and Darren Sproles. If I had to pick one I would say Darren Sproles because Redskins RBs you never know what you're getting in touches.

I'd go Sproles and Benson. Benson gets the majority of touches. With Shanny's RB's you never know how it's going to play out. Sproles is always involved in the offense running and out of the back field and the Saints have a good matchup and that game could be a shoot out w/Sproles heavily involved in the hurry up offense.

I would play Helu and Greene.

Helu has the best of that matchups and coming off a good game. WAS is getting healthy. I like them in that game.

Greene, I hate. but he is certain to get touches. And, I simply don't like your other options.

To me, Sproles is a 2 pt week waiting to happen in non-ppr. He maxes out at 10-12 touches. I own him in every league. And, I am nervous every week. In non-ppr, I don't trust him.

Benson, bad matchup. like Greene over him.
