Simple question: Matt Forte or LaGarrette Blount? Both have good matchups, Forte seems on the decline, Blount on the rise.

I would go with Blount only because of the matchup.

I like Blount; the Panthers are horrible at stopping the run and like you said, Blount has a little momentum lately. Good luck ;-D
