Playoff Roster? WHIR

Made the playoffs in all 4 leagues this year. I'm really torn about my one lineup. I have a lot of options for my RB2 and for my flex.

QB- Ryan
RB- Foster
RB2- ?
WR- R White
WR- VJax
TE- Finley
WR/RB- ?

Options (pick 2):
Willis McGahee vs CHI, BGE @ WAS, K Smith vs MIN, Gerhart @ DET, Helu vs NE, AJ Green vs HOU

I also need to pick up a defense for this week. Viable options are:

MIA vs Philadelphia, SD vs Buffalo, STL @ Seattle, SEA vs St Louis, JAC vs Tampa Bay, NO @ Tennessee

Hi,
I like Helu or McGahee for RB. Out of the Defenses you listed, I would go with Seattle, or Jacksonville.

Roll with Helu as your RB. As for your DEF, I'd say go with Seattle. MIA is another decent option since they've been turning it up lately.

i like McGahee and Helu for your RB and Flex spot. I'd go with Seattle's defense because St. Louis has been a mess lately, injuries to the O-line + Bradford's sketchy play=sacks/int's for your DEF

I think easily Helu and Mcgahee, also Sea vs STl is a no brainer go with SEA.

I'd say Roy Helu and Willis McGahee by a long shot.
SEA defense has the most upside.
