Week 14 WR help

Non-PPR league.

I have Wes Welker, who is obviously my 1st WR, but looking to fill out the other two spots. My options are:

Santana Moss @ NE
Antonio Brown @ Cle
Jeremy Maclin @ Mia (Not sure, due to injury. If he plays, I'm starting him)
Denarius Moore @ GB
Darrius Heyward-Bey @ GB (Most likely not Moore due to injury)
Julio Jones @ Car
Michael Crabtree @ Ari

My problem is that I have a lot of potential-based 3rd WRs due to injury, and no real stud to put in after Welker. I've run with Brown the past few weeks and he's delivered pretty well, so I'm leaning towards starting him against Cleveland, no matter what their supposed pass defense is. Pgh is going to roll over them, and Brown's going to be a big part of the offense (not to mention punt returns) no matter what.

I would start Brown for sure. Then Moss, with jones at a close second

I like Moss and Brown if Maclin is hurt. If Maclin is healthy, I'd go Maclin and Brown
