WR & Flex Decision....Need a little help!

I'm really wrestling with this one guys.
ESPN performance league.

Need 2 WR & a Flex out of these 5.

L Fitz Home vs SF Inconsistant offense vs tough D. Hard to leave on bench though.
M Colston @ Ten 5 weeks of average production....could blow up though.
V Cruz @ Dal Tough to sit a hot hand. Manningham out?
S Moss Home vs NE Healthy a gaining momentum. No F Davis. NE shootout?

CJ Spiller @ SD. Seems like a good flex play. Lots of touches.

Do I dare sit Fitz and Colston?......Yikes.
