What to do with Rivers week 15 vs Ravens??

The good news, I have a bye this week with the #1 seed, the bad news, Phillip Rivers plays the Ravens Week 15. Do I play him and hope he can get into a shootout? Or do I play the rookie Christian Ponder vs the Saints??? WHIR
