Saine (assuming no Starks), has the porous Oakland D at home.

Knox has a date with Champ Bailey in Denver, with Haine as the 3rd Wheel.

That's your best option? No WW option better than Knox?
I guess I would go Knox. But, I sure wouldn't like it. We at least know that he will be on the field. Can't for sure say the same about Saine.

WW is thin, Knox offers the most upside given the match up and the targets he's currently getting in Chicago.

Saine did get 10 touches last week, and I'd argue that he's got more upside than Grant if Starks is out, but I'm worried he'll only get about 10 more touches if that in a pass happy offense, and he does have to do a lot with them to give a good return. Plus Kuhn will vulture any TD from a RB most likely...

If those are your only two options, I would start Brandon Saine. Oakland gives up a lot of receiving yards to opposing RBs and Aaron Rodgers trusts Saine a lot. Look for him to get him the ball...when he's on the field.

Definitely Saine. If Starks is out, I can see Saine getting around 15 touches.
Also I think he will be used more in the pass game while Packers figure out how much he can help in playoffs
