At this point, Helu seems like the most risky. i would bench him. Probably a tossup between Sproles and Helu. But, Ingram looks iffy at best. When did Sproles put up his best numbers? When Ingram was out the first time around. Sproles looks like a gold mine for the fantasy playoffs to me.

I'd sit helu.

Lynch is a no question start. Rams are terrible against the run, no WRs in Seattle, and Lynch is a beast.

Reggie Bush definitely. People forget how a good RB has been against Philly. During the beginning of the year, Philly gave up the MOST points to RBs. And Reggie has finally found his groove. Unquestionable.

I'm going to go with Helu on this one but not by much. New England's defense is just so bad overall. Sproles will get a few more runs this week with Ingram out but there are just so many weapons in the Saints that you never know who is going to be the pick of the week. Helu should get quality touches even if/when the Redskins fall behind and he gets involved in the passing game. Even with the Shanahanagans of Washington, go Helu.
