Is Tebow Worth the Gamble? WHIR

hey guys, would it be foolish to start tebow over eli manning week 14? my reasoning for this is divisional matchups bring with them the potential for a low scoring, boring game (although it is highly unlikely this week). tebow, on the other hand, is going against a deteriorating bears team. they're quarterback sucks, they have no wide receivers worth mentioning, and marion barber is decent at best. I predict a blowout of sorts in favor of the broncos. all that being said, should I still play it safe and start eli? WHIR
