2 leagues - MUST WIN - WHIR!!

Am in a "win and in" situation in both of my leagues (Non-PPR).

League 1:

WR3: Decker (vs. CHI) or Manningham (@DAL)
RB 1&2 (Pick 2): Lynch (vs STL), McGahee (vs. CHI), Matthews (vs. BUF)

League 2:

QB: Vick (@MIA) or Tebow (vs. CHI)
RB2: McGahee (vs. CHI) or Spiller (@SD)

Can't believe I even have to ask but Bowe hasn't been great recently and the Palko/Revis combo won't help. Tennessee could be playing from behind which could bode well for Williams but he is far from a sure thing. Any help is sincerely appreciated. WHIR
