seattle is sitting there on the waivers, and i love having players on monday nite! should i grab them and start them vs stlouis.. baltimore has a nice matchup to though?

I'd grab them, but I wouldn't start them over BAL. BAL is a superior defense with just as juicy of a matchup. But if you can spare another player to drop, then do that. I doubt your lineup in your sig is updated, but if it is, you've got a couple of obvious drops...
