RB2: Grant vs. Jacobs

Postby rocket27 » Sat Dec 10, 2011 5:05 pm

Hi everyone,
I have to choose between Ryan Grant (@ Oakland) vs Brandon Jacobs (@ Dallas). Ordinarily I would say Jacobs no brainer, but given that Bradshaw is back, he might get more limited time. Plus, I just read that Grant will be the starter for the Packers. What do you guys think?

Thanks - WHIR!

I'd roll with Grant. He is starting and has a much better matchup.

Thanks for the help.

I would go with Jacobs. Ryan Grant may have the better match up, but Brandon Saine is in for some work as well, and he looks to be the better runner. On top of that, Green Bay is pretty pass happy. Brandon Jacobs should still get a fair amount of carries, and is a far better bet for a TD. Good luck ;-D

Bradshaw's back, Dallas has a stout run defense; no brainer, go with Grant.

I would go with Grant, he could turn a screen pass from Rodgers into a long TD. He will get more recieving yards than Jacobs.

I'd go with Grant. I think Jacobs has been hurt and Oakland's rush "D" isn't very good.

Please help:
