Pretty sure my commissioner is cheating. Way to check?

So I've had a few issues with this commissioner this year. I'm playing him in the first round of the fantasy playoffs and on our Update section of the league page (yahoo) it reads: Marc (Baltimore Thugs) Lineup changed for team Baltimore Thugs for week 14 That happened around 2:00 (as he had to use commissioner tools to make that move). It is looking like we will lose regardless, but I'm really upset that he keeps abusing the privileges. I THINK that he benched Andre Johnson and started Nate Washington, which got him 22 points, as I saw Andre in all week, I just didn't check at the beginning if he was still in, and then I saw that message in the updates. I'm not positive if that is the move he made though. Is there a way for me to see the roster moves made by other teams and when they happened in a yahoo league? And how do you think I should address the issue if he did cheat, which it looks like he did?

I am already not doing this league next year, I'm just looking for advice on how to handle this now.

If it is yahoo, any changes the commissioner makes will be posted to the transaction log. Same for ESPN.

It only said that he made a change to his lineup, not what the change was.

On ESPN there is a transaction button. Make sure it says ALL and not just ALL except moved. Not exactly sure about Yahoo but I hope this helps.
