You play a big risk in starting an injured BigBen, and I do not trust Grossman for anything other than picks. I think Palmer will have the best game, especially playing against a pretty soft Detroit secondary.
Carson vs Lions - Lions D ranks 9th vs the pass and 27th vs the run....could mean more Bush. Grossman @ Giants - Giants D ranks 29th vs the pass and 22nd vs the run....both low rankings will help Grossman.
Im leaning Grossman as I think he has the greater upside. Palmer might be a little safer, but I think Grossman will have to throw early and often.
My choice: Grossman......(but I will keep an eye on this post...good luck )

Tough call. It'd be a risk waiting on Big Ben, so I'd be inclined to recommend one of the other two guys. Although I think Palmer is the better QB, Grossman probably has the better matchup, so I'd lean towards him. Neither are really great options though, unfortunately.
Like the posters above me said, wait until the last minute to see Big Ben's health. If it doesn't look great I'd go Grossman simply based on the matchup
.5 ppr - 10 man league Qb: Cam Newton/Tony Romo Rb: Matt Forte/Marshawn Lynch/Benjarvus Green-Ellis/Stevan Ridley/Donald Brown Wr: Jordy Nelson/Percy Harvin/Eric Decker/Brian Hartline/Kenny Britt Te: Aaron Hernandez Kicker: Tynes Def/St: Vikings
Big Ben is a huge risk, even if he plays you have to ask yourself will he be healthy enough to last the whole game. If Ben doesn't play I like Grossman. Palmer has struggled as of late and two of his top receivers are hurt he's just as big of a risk. Believe it or not Rex has played fairly well over the last few weeks and the giants are a good matchup. If you need him take a chance on him.

Grossman is probably the safest play. If it weren't for the ankle, Rothlisberger would be the easy choice - secondary is weakest link for SF defense. Palmer is good for 2 picks a game.
