Who to Start in my Flex?

Hey Guys, I need some help with a decision on who to play in my flex this week. Here is my current roster:

Standard Scoring Non-PPR

RB LeGarrette Blount
RB Ryan Mathews
RB/WR Rashard Mendenhall
WR Steve Smith
WR Roddy White
TE Jermichael Finley
D/ST Cowboys D/ST
K Stephen Gostkowski
Bench Pierre Garcon
Bench Tim Tebow
Bench Jackie Battle
Bench DeSean Jackson
Bench Demaryius Thomas
Bench Broncos D/ST

RIght now Im really torn on deciding between Mendenhall and Jackson/Thomas in my flex position. Mendenhall has a brutal matchup against the 49ers and Thomas has a dream matchup against the Pats. Any thoughts?

I would go with Thomas! No rushing TD's vs the 49ers all year. Jackson has shut it down! And the Pats pass d is horrible!!
