Any iPhone apps that track all your players?

So i have multiple leagues on multiple sites, and it would be awesome if I could get an app that I could just enter my 24 or so fantasy players from all my teams and just track them all from there. Would be even awesomer to have notifications sent to my phone when they scored a bunch of fantasy points, haha. This probably isn't possible, but if anyone has any suggestions, that would be great!

I'm surprised there already isn't an app for that. Real complex though, would take a lot of marketing dollars as well as $50k plus to design and develop.

bringing this back up, because I'd even just like a website that does this! Doesn't have to be an app.
