Who to Start QB and Flex non-PPR league

I have 2 positions in which to consider, first is QB. I have Tebow and Eli Manning. I am leaning towards Manning since he is more consistent and this is a playoff week.

I am fine at RB with Chris Johnson and LeSean McCoy and WR I have Larry Fitzgerald and Mike Wallace. I need to fill my flex. I have Toby Gerhart if Peterson doesn't play, but I am assuming he is. So I need to plug in one of these guys

Demarius Thomas and James Jones are available as FA.

Any suggestions on who to fill in my flex?
