Help with D! WHIR!

Matty Ice has me down by 25 pts already this week so very little room for error. I have San Fran D at home against a Pouncy-less and possibly Big Ben-less Steelers or Seattle D at Chicago against Hanie and the Barbarian.
My first instinct was to go with Seattle but I'm thinking they will be looking to prove something after getting Tebowed(and Pratered) last week.

Any thoughts? WHIR
