Dallas or Tennessee D/ST

Simple question, any input between these two units?

Dallas vs. TB - terrible showing last week against the Giants (0 sacks, 1 turnover, tons of points) but they're going to Tampa Bay and Freeman has been a turnover machine.
Tennessee vs. IND - tennessee D has been so inconsistent, but this is the Colts. However, the Colts havent given as much up to D's with Orlovsky starting over Painter.
