EDIT: just picked up Floyd as well. So he is another option.

At WR I like Bowe and Thomas. Both of them have good match-ups while having decent upside. At flex I would play Lynch. I really do not like Johnson against Champ Bailey and I am not much of a Holmes fan this week. good luck!

I do not trust Shanahan with injured RBs. Last week Helu struggled at less then 100% and I think he will do the same this week.
Bell though I would start over Lynch with Barber out especially if it is PPR. He will see 20-25 touches like Lynch but will probably see more success based on the matchup.

Lynch has a nightmare matchup vs. SF. I'd definitely go Bell in the flex. He should get a lot of touches, but even if the Bears fall behind, he should be a good checkdown for a new QB.

Bowe is a definite start. Toss-up between Holmes and Thomas. Weather might not be great for passing in Buffalo and I like the Jets vs the Giants pass D, so I'd lean to Holmes.

Holmes and Bowe should be the safe starts.

As for you flex, if any running back could tear up 49s defense, it would be Lynch.

Maybe take a risk and start him?

I would go thomas bowe and tough between loro and bell. Probably bell. With barber out and noone else bell figures to see a lot of action. If you need upside then go loro.
