Barber Appears Out - Start Bell? (I'll Help You)

Championship game
Reports on Rotoworld are that Barber will SIT and Bell will carry the load. I'm seriously considering putting in Bell at my flex over Wallace and Jordy. Thoughts?

My squad:
QB: Cam
RB: Foster, Turner
WR: Welker, Colston
FLEX: Bell (sit Jordy, Wallace, Julio)
TE: Finley
K: Kasay

My concerns are:
Wallace: Big Ben doesn't play and Mendy will run all day v. StL, so Wallace could be a weak play.
Jordy: Has had 2 slow weeks. Doesn't get a lot of targets. Chicago is good v. pass. I have Finley. Don't want another 3 point day.
Julio: Starting Turner already. Too hit or miss
Bell: With Barber sitting, Bell should get a lot of touches. Catches the ball well. With a nice head start from Foster, I don't risk a goose egg from Bell.

Thoughts?

I would start Julio Jones in a high scoring game against NO. Bell is to big of a risk to me. good luck!
