In the finals for the first time. Help! NY Jets.

For the first time in 8 years of playing, I'm in the finals.

My biggest questions revolve around the NY Jets.

We start 2 QB's, 2 RB's, 3 WR's, and 1 K, TE and Defense.
One of my QB's is Aaron Rodgers. The others are Mark Sanchez & Alex Smith.
Should I start:

1. CJ Spiller or Shonn Greene?
2. NY Jets or Seattle Defense?
3. Mark Sanchez or Alex Smith QB?

The "experts" on ESPN and CNNSI all say to start the Jets players over the others...I'm just hesitant to start so many players on one team here in the finals. But, they've gotten me this far...

Any advice?

CJ Spiller, high upside with ability to catch
Seattle D/ST, they play well at home
Sanchez is the safer option
