Title Game Help, decisions just became tougher! WHIR

Postby twakeman » Fri Dec 23, 2011 10:33 pm

Ok guys, I have the team to win the title this year FINALLY after 10 years of trying. But, I have a few injury concerns. Here are my tough decisions:

Starting

Marshawn Lynch vs. 49ers (Niners are tough but they are also my DST, if that matters)
Antonio Brown vs. Rams (Charlie Batch throwing to him)
CJ2K vs. Jags (questionable with ankle)

Bench

Shonn Greene vs. NYG
Nate Washington vs. Jags

Scoring
1 point per reception
1 point for every 10 yds gained
5 pt bonus for every 100 yds rushing/receiving
6 pts for TDs

My question is, would you replace any of my starters with one OR both of the guys on my bench? I would GREATLY appreciate some advice here guys and if you leave a link to yours, I will help without question.

I would start Greene over Lynch, and would even consider starting Washington over Brown. Brown and Washington are both good plays though so that's almost a toss up imo.

help with mine please:

yeah, I would put lynch on the bench, the SF defense is to good. Greene should out perform him today.

WRs are a wash in my mind, flip a coin

I'm thinking that Brown may not get as many chances because pitt will definitely run the ball more with Batch. They do seem to like Brown for short screen every once in a while though. I am going through the same decision with Brown...I'd probably say Washington bc didn't him and Locker do well together earlier this season?

Locker has favored him, but Hasselbeck is starting. Jax secondary is decimated though, so he may be a good play. I just hate that's its championship Saturday and I have to consider playing a guy I haven't played all season over a guy I've played week in and week out. That's why it's tough.

Id also bench lynch...he is doing amazing but that 49er defense is doing better. Theyre run defense is ridiculous and they dont really have that great of a passing game so you know 49ers are going to key in on lynch.

I hate Shonn Greene as a fantasy running back...and really think that it's a toss-up with regards to Greene and Lynch. While Greene may have more opportunity against a shoddy Giants D, Lynch is the better player, and has been a beast this year. I'd actually go with Lynch...I think Seattle will surprise a bit today.

I'd also start Brown...I think Brown will be the safety valve with Heath Miller...and will be absolutely fine today. Batch isn't dead...and he can throw a simple short pass, screen and slant...

and if the game is close...i wouldn't be surprised to see Ben play...

Help if you can...
