I am Giant heavy, Eli and Nicks. And, was counting on Felix Jones to help me take the championship. Now, not sure what to do. Please help, will respond as quickly as possible.
PPR league, 6 pts per passing TD.
Help me choose my flex and QB, based on a team that I feel needs as much help as possible. My expectations of Nicks are very low. But, don't see how I can sit him. Kinda feel like I need to break up the Eli/Nicks combo, just in case they put up a stinker. I guess the same could be said of Grossman/Moss. I just don't see MIN keeping them under 21 points or so.
RB's
Mccoy Sproles
WR's
Nicks S. Moss
Flex possibilities: S. Holmes vs NYG Burleson vs SD F. Jones vs PHI S. Morris vs PHI
Felix Jones looks very risky so I would sit him for sure. I would start Holmes as I really do not like the other options. At QB I would play Grossman based on his matchup against MIN. Hopefully he will limit the INTs. good luck! help me please? viewtopic.php?t=511677
Hope this helps. First I would start Rex Grossman against Minnesota they rank 30th on Passing Defense, I don't think I would start Eli for the Jets Defense gets more interceptions then they give up touchdowns. they are ranked 7th against the pass.
Second I think I would start S. Holmes against the Giants they give up alot of touchdowns to WR's
I know the Jets defense is good, but it's Rex Grossman. Manning's LOWEST passing day this year was 230 yards in week 2. He's been one of the hottest quarterbacks in the league. You ABSOLUTELY start him...and don't think twice. What are the Jets going to do...hold him to under 230? No chance.
I know Washington is going up against Minnesota...but Rex Grossman...are you kidding me?
Santonio Holmes has to be your flex here...I think he's going to have a big game coming off his showboating. His coach backed him up, and he'll respond...
Thanks for the help with mine...

I get that grossman has a good matchup, but, well, I live in chicago, and while not a bears fan, I have seen many games where he looked horrible in what was a "good matchup"
Eli is more talented with a better team around him
You can’t play a matchup when your other option is Grossman. You’ve got to roll with Eli here as he is looking to have a big game against that defense.
As for Nicks, just keep him in. He’ll be solid for yardage even if he doesn’t get a touchdown.
2011-2012 Des Moines Fantasy Football League Champion 12-4 overall record.
I've been leaning Grossman all week. But, I guess I gotta go with the guys that got me there.
funny, thought I was going to have a totally different championship lineup than the rest of the season. And, it ends up that I will be playing nearly the exact same lineup that I played all year.
