In Championship Game don't know who to bench in Non PPR .

1.RB Roy Helu at home against Minnesota 2.RB Kevin Smith at home against San Diego 3.WR Laurent Robinson at home against Philadelphia 4.WR Santana Moss at home against Minnesota 5.WR Julio Jones @ New Orleans
I think I'd bench Helu. He's banged up, and we saw last week what he can do when banged up. I see Royster getting some of the load today, plus the Vikings are a team that you pass on.
I think in non-ppr, I would probably bench K. Smith. DET running backs are much better in PPR leagues. In non, you are hoping for a TD, cause the yardage just isn't there. I would bench him, I think.
You have to bench Helu, and it's not even close. He may not even play, and if he does...Shanahan's been hedging his bets with Helu's health after he struggled last night, and you know what happens when Shanahan hedges his bets with running back. The guy is fantasy death.
