Gotta do moss cause the bears have a third string qb starting & bell is the third string rb. not good.

No way. When in doubt, RB over WR at flex. Bell should get 20-25 touches. probably as many catches as moss, and a whole bunch more opportunities.
I, without a doubt, would play Bell.
